Mr. Sandeep Donde

Sandeep Donde is a technology entrepreneur, Managing Director & CEO who founded Microscan in 1999 as a system integrator and turned it in to a premium dark fiber optic leasing company with extensive fiber coverage in Mumbai & Pune. Being a visionary, he bridged the gap in multiple areas of the industry and oversaw the growth of Microscan from being a hardware support function to being a digitally savvy telecom service provider.​

Through the pandemic, implementing new aged network monitoring tools, building in house tools to facilitate customer links, real time monitoring and many more such efficient process-oriented steps helped the organization weather the storm. Under his leadership the company grew as a recognized provider of innovative solutions for the fiber optic and broadband network, now specializing in building ultra-low-latency networks on a fiber backbone.​

His prodigious experience in leadership, business development, strategic planning and complex negotiations for the past 24 years along with his strong work ethic and dedication are the core of Microscan’s fiber expertise and engineering reputation.
